Deine Aufgaben:

  • Personalführung und -steuerung
  • Personalakquise sowie -förderung
  • strategische und fachliche Entwicklung der Einrichtung
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Planung
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil:

  • eine Grundqualifikation in der Pflege und eine Zusatzqualifikationen als Einrichtungsleitung oder Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung gem. SQV Brandenburg
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Führungs- oder Leitungspositionen
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse
  • eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • eine souveräne und motivierende Personalführung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Innovationsfreude und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen
