Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d)

Bereich: Stationäre Altenhilfe, unbefristet in Vollzeit (39 Stunden)

Der Caritasverband für das Erzbistum Hamburg e.V. (Caritas im Norden) ist der Wohlfahrtsverband der katholischen Kirche in Norddeutschland. Über 2.400 Beschäftigte arbeiten hier unter dem Leitwort "Not sehen und handeln". Unser Caritashaus Simeon bietet 90 Senior:innen aller Pflegestufen ein gemütliches Zuhause voller Geborgenheit und Lebendigkeit. Ein Wohnbereich steht für unsere demenziell erkrankten Bewohner:innen zur Verfügung.

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

Personalführung, Budgetierung im Rahmen der Haushaltsplanung und Weiterentwicklung unserer stationären Pflegeeinrichtung

Koordinierung der Auslastung unserer 90 Plätze

Führung von Aufnahmegesprächen mit Bewohner:innen und Angehörigen

Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung, der bereits eingeleiteten Organisationentwicklungsprozesse auf Basis der Erkenntnisse der PeBeM-Studie

Wir wünschen uns

Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gesundheit/Soziales (z. B. Medizin, Pflege, Geriatrie, Therapeut:in oder Sozialassistenz) oder Betriebswirtschaft

Einrichtungsleitungsqualifikation nach § 9 SbStG-DVO und Berufspraxis in der Pflege und Personalführung

Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Engagement

Erfahrungen in zeitgemäßer Mitarbeiterführung und -Förderung

Anerkennung und Umsetzung unseres christlichen Leitbildes

Darauf können Sie sich freuen

Vergütung nach dem Tarif der Caritas (AVR Anlage 2) mit jährlichen Steigerungen
