  • Sie sind für die Einstellung und Führung Ihrer Mitarbeiter verantwortlich
  • Begrüßung der neuen Bewohner und Kommunikation mit den Angehörigen
  • Organisation der Repräsentation und Vertretung Ihrer Einrichtung nach innen und außen
  • Erstellung von Reportings
  • Qualitätsmanagement
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflege- /Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft mit vergleichbarer Zusatzqualifikation abgeschlossen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion einer Pflegeeinrichtung
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie sind mit dem Controlling aller Prozesse einer Pflegeeinrichtung vertraut
  • Ihr sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und Ihre lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
