Im Auftrag eines modernen Seniorenheims bei Oldenburg suchen wir, medcareer - Ihre Personalberatung im Medical & Healthcare Sektor, eine engagierte und erfahrene Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen, organisatorischen und personellen Betrieb der Senioreneinrichtung
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bewohnerbetreuung unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des multiprofessionellen Teams
  • Steuerung von Belegungsmanagement, Budgetplanung und Personaleinsatz
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Angehörige, Behörden und Kostenträger

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation zur Einrichtungsleitung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Leitungsposition im Seniorenheim
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Belegungsmanagement
  • Führungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Pflegealltag

Ihr Vorteil:
