Für eine etablierte stationäre Altenpflegeeinrichtung im Raum Lünen suchen wir eine engagierte Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) . Die Einrichtung gehört zu einem renommierten Träger mit klaren Werten, professionellen Strukturen und einem starken Teamgeist.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Teams mit Empathie und Klarheit
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und wirtschaftliche Steuerung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen
  • Kommunikation mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Behörden
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung zur Einrichtungsleitung gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Mindestens vier Jahre Leitungserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Erfahrung in Personalführung und Budgetverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
