Für unsere Schulbetreuung Wald in Ketsch suchen wir ab dem neuen Schuljahr 2026/2027 eine pädagogische Fachkraft als Einrichtungsleitung. Die Einrichtung betreut 20 Kinder. Die Arbeitszeiten orientieren sich an den Öffnungszeiten der Schulbetreuung und liegen innerhalb der Betreuungszeiten an Schultagen (12:00 bis 17:00 Uhr) sowie in den Ferien (07:00 bis 17:00 Uhr).

  • Wir wünschen uns eine Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Schulbetreuung und/oder in leitender Funktion, die Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im Grundschulalter hat und gerne im Team motiviert arbeitet.
  • Die Arbeit in der Schulbetreuung lebt von einer engen Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie einem wertschätzenden und transparenten Austausch untereinander. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Begleitung der Kinder im Anschluss an den Schulalltag – mit Raum für naturpädagogische Angebote, Hausaufgabenbetreuung, Bewegung und gemeinsames Erleben. Als Schutz- und Rückzugsort steht ein Bauwagen zur Verfügung.

Eine pädagogische Ausbildung ist zwingend erforderlich. Interne Weiterbildungen sind verpflichtend.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Pädagogische Ausbildung nach §7 Kindergartenbetreuungsgesetz z.B. Erzieher, Kinderpfleger, Sozialarbeiter, Erziehungswissenschaftler (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Interesse, den Alltag unserer Einrichtung mitzugestalten
  • Teamfähigkeit
