Ihre Aufgaben:

  • wirtschaftliche Betriebsführung der in der Region etablierten Einrichtung
  • Personalgewinnung, -planung, -führung, -bindung und -motivation
  • Schaffen einer offenen und vertrauensvollen Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • Sicherung der Kapazitätsauslastung und Aktivitäten zur Bewohnerakquisition
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kostenträgern, Behörden und Kooperationspartnern
  • Führen des Leistungs- und Qualitätsmanagements
  • Gestaltung, Verbesserung und Koordination betrieblicher Prozesse
  • Planung von Aus- und Fortbildungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeiter
  • Repräsentation der Einrichtung nach innen und außen
  • Kommunikation mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen, Mitarbeitern und innerhalb des Branchennetzwerkes

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Pflege- oder Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Weiterbildung zur Einrichtungsleitung oder die Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung als Einrichtungsleitung
  • Erfüllung der Voraussetzungen nach §§ 2-4 HeimPersV
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Führungs- und Leitungserfahrung
  • Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • hohes Engagement, Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Engagement und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • sicher Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
