  • Repräsentation der Einrichtung gegenüber externen Partnerinnen und Partnern
  • Qualitätsmanagement , Audits und interne Prozesse gestalten
  • Belegungsmanagement und Weiterentwicklung der Angebote
  • ### Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflegebranche oder Hochschulabschluss im Pflege- oder Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Weiterbildung zur Einrichtungsleitung
  • Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in einer Senior:inneneinrichtung
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Fachliche und soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen , Organisationstalent und Engagement
