  • Aktive Steuerung der Auslastung und Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsangebots
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks mit externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung an strategischen Projekten und Wachstumsthemen
  • ### IHR PROFIL
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ambulanten Pflege- oder Gesundheitsbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Strukturen, Abläufen und Anforderungen ambulanter Versorgung
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Ärzten, Kliniken, Kostenträgern und Partnern
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, Netzwerke aktiv aufzubauen und zu pflegen
