  • Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
  • Belegungsmanagement sowie Repräsentation der Einrichtung nach außen
  • Kooperation mit Behörden, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie Angehörigen
  • ### Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege oder im Gesundheitswesen
  • Qualifikation zur Einrichtungsleitung gemäß SGB XI
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung einer stationären Einrichtung wünschenswert
  • Hohe Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Weiterentwicklung, Prozessoptimierung und moderner Führungskultur
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen
