## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einsatzplanung (Erstellen und pflegen der Dienstpläne, kompensieren von Ausfällen)
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung (unterweisen, einteilen, motivieren, informieren, Mitarbeitergespräche gemäß Qualitätsmanagement führen)
  • Personalgewinnung und -einstellung
  • Qualitätskontrollen an den Einsatzorten
  • Rufbereitschaft
  • Kundenbetreuung (Präsenz vor Ort zeigen, regelmäßige Qualitätsgespräche führen, Beschwerden bearbeiten)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Dienstanweisungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen einschließlich ihrer erforderlichen Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Durchsetzung der Unternehmensziele
