  • Für unseren Standort in Asten sind wir auf der Suche nach einer selbständigen und verlässlichen
  • Persönlichkeit. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt, betreuen Sie unsere Kunden im
  • Serviceprozess. Angefangen von der Beratung über die Diagnose bis hin zur Endabnahme.

IHRE AUFGABEN SIND

  • Erstkontakt zum/zur Kunden/Kundin
  • Serviceannahme und Kund_innenempfang
  • Erste gemeinsame Fehler- / Problemerhebung mit Kund_innen am Auto
  • Aufzeigen von Möglichkeiten inkl. Preisangeboten und Reparaturen
  • Koordination der Werkstattmitarbeiter_innen
  • Verkaufsgespräche sowie sonstige anfallende Tätigkeiten rund
  • um die Betreuung unserer Kund_innen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

  • Abgeschlossene KFZ-Lehre ist Voraussetzung
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Absolute Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen

  • Diese Position ist mit einem monatlichen Bruttogehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag von EUR 3.415,01 dotiert,
  • wobei je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung eine Anpassung vorgesehen ist.
