Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und über unsere Verkaufsplattformen
  • Betreuung von Bestellungen über den gesamten Prozess - von der Auftragsprüfung bis zur Zustellung
  • Abwicklung von Retouren, Reklamationen und Gutschriften
  • Klärung von Liefer- und Transportfällen mit den Paketdienstleistern
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Servicefällen in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und Herstellern
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung von Supportabläufen und Textbausteinen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder höhere Schule (z. B. HAK, HTL oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Support oder E-Commerce von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie freundliches, sicheres Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Consumer Electronics von Vorteil

Bezahlung:
