Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen und KPIs
  • Gewährleistung eines ausgezeichneten Kundenservices
  • Kontrolle und Optimierung der Shop-Performance
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen und -strategien

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf
  • Erfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Empathie und Unterstützungsbereitschaft
  • Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Eigeninitiative und Ehrlichkeit
