Du weißt, was sie brauchen und sorgst bei ihrem Bauvorhaben für den nötigen Überblick. So richtig zufrieden bist du, wenn du aus jedem Kundenbesuch ein positives Einkaufserlebnis schaffst.

  • Aufgaben, die dich erwarten
  • Du gehst freundlich und aktiv auf Kund:innen zu und überzeugst mit deinem Fachwissen.
  • Du kennst dein Sortiment im Schlaf und weißt genau, wo deine Kund:innen finden, was sie suchen.
  • Du stellt sicher, dass stets ausreichend Waren in deinem Bereich verfügbar sind.
  • Du präsentierst deine Ware ansprechend, zeichnest Preise aus und baust Werbeware auf.
  • Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst
  • Alles machbar, wenn
  • du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung hast - das ist von Vorteil
  • du Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise aus der Baumarktbranche, mitbringst - das ist von Vorteil
  • du ein Verkaufstalent und Profi in deinem Sortimentsbereich bist.
  • du kommunikativ bist, kundenorientiert denkst und gute Umgangsformen hast.
  • du gute Deutschkenntnisse hast

  • Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.451,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.251,- brutto pro Monat). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
