Teil- oder Vollzeit für unseren OBI-Markt in Kärntnerstraße 69, 9900 Lienz.

Ob Wand, Boden oder Decke - du übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle im Innenausbau. Du arbeitest mit unterschiedlichen Materialien und berätst unsere Kund_innen, wenn es um die richtigen Bodenbeläge oder Wand- und Deckenverkleidungen geht. Du weißt, was sie brauchen und sorgst bei ihrem Bauvorhaben für den nötigen Überblick. So richtig zufrieden bist du, wenn du aus jedem Kund_innenbesuch ein positives Einkaufserlebnis schaffst.

  • Aufgaben, die dich erwarten:
  • Du gehst freundlich und aktiv auf Kund_innen zu und überzeugst mit deinem Fachwissen.
  • Du hast dein Sortiment im Blick, sodass Kund_innen finden, was sie suchen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass stets ausreichend Waren in deinem Bereich verfügbar sind.
  • Du hast ein Gespür und Interesse für neue Produkttrends.
  • Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst:
  • Alles machbar, wenn:
  • du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung hast.
  • du Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Bauen mitbringst.
  • du ein Verkaufstalent und Profi in deinem Sortimentsbereich bist.
  • du kommunikativ, kund_innenorientiert und genau bist.
  • du ein gepflegtes Auftreten hast und gute Umgangsformen mitbringst.

Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.451,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.251,- brutto pro Monat). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
