Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Serviceberater/in, um unser Team zu verstärken. Als Serviceberater/in tragen Sie im Werkstattbetrieb durch optimale Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellung der Reparaturqualität zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Professioneller Kundendialog über Fahrzeugannahme, die Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen bis zur Rechnungserklärung und Fahrzeug-Übergabe
  • Abwicklung über diverse Systeme (DISS, ElsaPro, etc.)
  • Unterstützung der KFZ-Techniker/innen bei der Diagnoseerstellung
  • Probefahrten

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung als Kraftfahrzeugtechniker/in
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der VW-Gruppe wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater/in wünschenswert
  • Umsatzorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Motivationskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Gruppe A oder B
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
