Stellenbezeichnung: Kundenberater / Verkäufer (m/w/d) Telekommunikation – Mobilfunk, Verträge & Beratung & Repraturen

### Deine Aufgaben:

Du berätst unsere Kunden rund um Mobilfunk, Tarife und Smartphones und findest für jeden die passende Lösung. Dabei verkaufst du aktiv neue Verträge sowie Vertragsverlängerungen und präsentierst passende Geräte und Zubehör.

Außerdem bietest du Zusatzleistungen wie Versicherungen an, nimmst Reparaturen entgegen und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden im Shop gut aufgehoben fühlen.

### Das bringst du mit:

Du hast Spaß am Verkauf und gehst offen auf Menschen zu. Du bist kommunikativ, überzeugend und hast Interesse an Smartphones und Technik.

Erfahrung im Verkauf ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – wichtiger ist deine Motivation und dein Wille, erfolgreich zu sein.
