Estamos buscando Agentes de Monitoreo de Alarmas para nuestra Central de Monitoreo ubicada en Providencia, Santiago. Si tienes vocación de servicio, atención al detalle y te interesa ser parte del mundo de la seguridad, ¡esta oportunidad puede ser para ti!
🔎 ¿Cuál será tu principal desafío? Gestionarás las señales de alarma recibidas en nuestra Central de Monitoreo, aplicando los protocolos establecidos y realizando las acciones necesarias para contribuir a la protección de nuestros clientes.
🕐 Condiciones del cargo: • Jornada de 43 horas semanales. • Trabajo 100% presencial. • Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidad de pasar a indefinido. • Turnos rotativos en modalidades 6x1 y 5x2. Horarios de ingreso según turno: • Mañana: 06:30 o 07:00 horas. • Tarde: 12:00, 12:30, 13:30 o 14:00 horas. • Noche: 21:30 o 22:00 horas. Contamos con traslado corporativo para los turnos con ingreso o salida entre las 22:00 y las 07:00 horas.
✅ ¿Qué buscamos? • Enseñanza media completa. • Experiencia en atención al cliente. • Manejo de computador a nivel usuario. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
