Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler with 2+ years of experience to deliver high-quality BIM models, coordinate project standards, and ensure seamless collaboration for international building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• •Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families.
• •Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models.
• •Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation.
• •Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery.
• •Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements.
• •Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Technical / Must-Have Skills

• •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling.
• •Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation.
• •In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards.
• •Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals.
• •Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,
