This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Electrical Engineer (Control Systems) based in Canada.

  • This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced control systems professional specializing in SCADA and industrial automation.
  • You will design, program, integrate, commission, and maintain automation solutions supporting electrical power systems and industrial infrastructure.
  • Working with customers, engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel, you will deliver reliable systems that meet demanding operational requirements.
  • The role offers hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle, from system design and configuration to testing, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • You will work extensively with Ignition SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, industrial networks, and communication protocols.
  • You will also contribute to improving system performance, cybersecurity, reliability, and engineering standards.
  • This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while developing your expertise within a collaborative, safety-focused engineering environment.
