$44.23 per hour

Shift Continental

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of all plant utilities,

• •Troubleshoot and repair machinery/equipment as needed
• •Program/ machinery and processes within the company.
• •Support and work within the procedures of the maintenance management software systems to facilitate Preventative Maintenance activities, work order management, spare and replacement component purchasing.
• •Wire new panels for revise new and existing machinery as needed
• •Report on work performed and time spent to Maintenance Manager
• •Programming of PLC’s
• •Select, install and repair bussways, flexible and rigid conduit, cable trough, wire and communication cables
• •Read, interpret and revise ladder logic, distribution, mechanical architectural, fluid power, alarm system, visual equipment and instrumentation drawings
• •Install, maintain and troubleshoot high-intensity discharge, fluorescent and incandescent lighting, measure and report illumination levels and install and maintain emergency lighting systems
• •Able to work according to company and industry safety policies and regulations
• •Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members
• •Maintaining accurate records of work performed in a CMMS
• •All other relevant duties

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• •433A Millwright certificate an asset.
• •442A Electrician certificate an required
• •Basic electrical training and troubleshooting experience would be an asset
• •PLC programming experience is an asset
• •Prior diagnostic /troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred
• •Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• •Ability to work at heights
• •Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs.
• •Ability to work on weekends, other shifts and overtime
