Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for a qualified EMT II
Shift Available:
3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
Compensation: $36.90/hour ($34.90/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential for 3rd Shift)
Interview process will consist of an online assessment and a hands-on test.

- What You'll Do:
- This role is ideal for mechanically and electrically minded professionals who enjoy solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll work with a team that values precision, performance, and accountability.
- Your Responsibilities Include:
- ● Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- ● Diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, relays, sensors, and controllers
- ● Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- ● Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- ● Supporting production operations and equipment efficiency
- ● Following all safety protocols and contributing to a safe work environment
- What You Bring:
- We’re looking for curious, capable technicians who take pride in their work and want to grow in their career.
- Ideal Candidates Have:
- ● Basic experience or technical training in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- ● Familiarity with industrial tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ● The ability to read schematics or technical documentation
- ● A desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- ● High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
