Pay

$36.29 - $45.83/ hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Plus shift differential of $2.00 / hour for any hours worked on 3rd Shift

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus: $250 paid after week 1, plus $250 at the end of each of the next 5 quarters (must be actively employed at the time of payout)

Schedule

3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)

Clock out for lunch & other days and hours as needed

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our Maintenance team.

• •Maintain and troubleshoot all plant electrical/electronic systems
• •Gather information on equipment and enter in Maximo
• •Write and perform preventative maintenance procedures
• •Create spare parts list and enter requisitions for spare parts
• •Perform all other related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• •Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
• •Associates degree in Electronics/Instrumentation and/or completion of a 4-year Apprenticeship or 5 years of industrial electronics maintenance experience
• •Ability to read and understand blueprints
• •Strong troubleshooting abilities
• •Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
• •Demonstrated strong initiative in current position
• •Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• •Must provide own tools for this position
• •Ability and willingness to work overtime, call-ins and other times as required

Preferred Qualifications

• •Excellent computer skills
• •PLC experience
• •AC variable speed drive experience
• •Networking experience
• •Good mechanical skills and/or previous technical training
