Das ist die Aufgabe

  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wartest und reparierst du hochwertige Miele-Haushaltsgeräte direkt bei unseren Kunden
  • Deine Expertise bringst du bei der schnellen Fehlersuche ein und setzt technische Lösungen im Kundendienst eigenständig und zuverlässig um
  • Du dokumentierst deinen Serviceeinsatz und unterstützt so effiziente Abläufe im technischen Außendienst
  • Du bringst Verbesserungsideen aus dem täglichen Servicealltag ein und optimierst so unseren Reparaturservice
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kollegen nimmst du regelmäßig an Schulungen, Teammeetings und gemeinsamen Einsätzen beim Kunden teil, um dein Fachwissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern

Das überzeugt uns

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrofachbereich, zum Beispiel als Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroinstallateur oder Energieelektroniker
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise im technischen Service
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein respektvoller Umgang
  • Wohnsitz in Berlin sowie Bereitschaft für den Außendienst inklusive Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein offenes, serviceorientiertes Auftreten beim Kunden
