Als Mobile Hero bist du unser Gesicht beim Kunden! Hands‑on, lösungsorientiert und immer mit Herz für Qualität und Sicherheit.

## Deine Mission

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von AC‑Wallboxen und AC/DC‑Ladestationen
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen inkl. Tausch von Komponenten
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Prüfungen nach geltenden Normen (z. B. VDE/VDE‑AR)
  • Saubere, digitale Einsatzdokumentation (Fotos, Messwerte, Checklisten) in unserer App
  • Kundenberatung vor Ort – freundlich, klar, auf Augenhöhe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lead Heroes, Regionalleitung und Disposition

## Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektroniker:in Energie‑ & Gebäudetechnik/Industrie, Mechatroniker:in) oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse in Elektroinstallation, Mess‑ und Prüftechnik; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Gültige Schaltberechtigung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung; VDE‑Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone/Tablet und digitalen Checklisten
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb deiner Region
  • Hands‑on‑Mentalität, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
