Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Technik suchen wir ab 1. November 2026

einen Technischen Mitarbeiter/ Haustechniker (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • selbstständiges Durchführen von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungen an den technischen Anlagen sowie Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Überwachung der bade- und wassertechnischen Anlage
  • Koordinierung der Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten durch Fremdfirmen

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich z.B. Elektrotechnik (bevorzugt) sowie Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär oder ähnliches
  • Quereinsteiger aus anderen handwerklichen Bereichen sind willkommen (z.B. Glaser, Fliesenleger)
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Erfahrungen in der Instandhaltung und Wartung von technischen Anlagen wünschenswert
  • hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, selbständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
