Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der uns als Betriebstechniker unterstützt. Zu den Hauptaufgaben dieser Funktion gehören:

  • Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Wartung der halbautomatischen Produktionslinien
  • Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft aller technischen Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Durchführung von Störungsanalysen und -behebungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung präventiver Wartungskonzepte
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Wartungspläne gemäß den Anforderungen des aktuellen IFS-Standards / Audits
  • Dokumentation von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie Erstellung von Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Optimierungen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
  • Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit den Produktionsanlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung neuer Technologien
  • Beaufsichtigung und Austausch von Monitoringfallen

Das Anforderungsprofil sollte wie folgt aussehen:

  • gute Kenntnisse der internen Prozesse und Systeme (z. B. ERP)
  • sorgfältige, strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse in Hygiene und Qualitätsmanagement (IFS, HACCP)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Arbeiten in hygienekontrollierten Produktionsbereichen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
