> Analysieren von komplexen Maschinenstörungen

> Ausführen von anspruchsvollen Reparaturen

> Eigenständiges Planen der Reparaturen nach Dringlichkeit

> Suchen von Fehlern und Änderungen in SPS-Steuerungen, an Robotern und Kamerasystemen

> Beschaffen und Installieren neuer Software beim Tauschen von Baugruppen

> Ändern von Parametern in NC-Steuerungen Kalibrieren von NC-Achsen Wechseln von Pufferbatterien

> Planen und Umsetzen kleinere Umbauten an Maschinen inkl. Inbetriebnahme

> Betreuen von Monteuren - selbstständiges Anfragen von Ersatzteil-/Wartungspaketen zur Angebotserstellung

IHR PROFIL

> 3,5-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung

> fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung produzierendes Gewerbe

> erweiterte Kenntnisse: SPS, CPU, Steuerung NC und PLC durch Schulungen, DGUV-V3 Prüfungen

> Organisationsvermögen, strukturiertes Arbeiten
