Für unseren Kunden in 80807 München suchen wir Sie als Elektriker (m/w/d) für Gebäudetechnik in Vollzeit. Bei Eignung ist die Stelle mit Übernahmeoption.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme, Überprüfen und Abwickeln von Reparatur- & Störmeldungen
  • Betreuung von technischen Gebäudeausstattungen, sowie der Einruchmeldeanlage
  • Beauftragung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Fremdfirmen
  • Durchführen von dokumentierten Kontrollgängen und Zählerstanderfassungen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von spezifischen Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Bereich der elektrischen Anlagen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
