## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen im Haus (z. B. im Bereich Sanitär, Elektro, Möbel)
  • Regelmäßige Wartung und Prüfung elektrischer Geräte
  • Räumliche Organisation und Instandhaltung bei Bewohnerwechsel oder Kurzzeitpflege (z. B. Ausbesserungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten in den Zimmern, Anschließen von TV, etc.)
  • Betreuung der Brandmeldeanlage und Durchführung der vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Umzügen innerhalb des Hauses
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle und Meldung von Schäden oder Mängeln im Gebäude
