  • Elektromechaniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • In Vollzeit

Alternativ: Systemelektroniker, Elektrotechniker, Servicetechniker oder Facharbeiter mit vergleichbarer Position (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe: umfasst die Kundenbetreuung mit dem Schwerpunkt Kundendienst und beinhaltet insbesondere die:

  • selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten von Kundenmaschinen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störfällen
  • Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung und Schulung des Kundenpersonals
  • Kundenpflege und -beratung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Maschinen und Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und v.a. lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
