Elektromeister für Spezialmaschinenbau (m/w/d) als Meistervertretung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vertretung des Abteilungsleiters Elektro
  • Fachliche Anleitung, Unterstützung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Elektro sowie Ausbildung der Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und termingerechten Fertigungsablaufs
  • Qualitätskontrolle und -gewährleistung unter Berücksichtigung von Normen und Qualitätsstandards sowie Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Spezialmaschinen im Haus

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Elektromeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Installation von Spezialmaschinen
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
