  • Vergütung: Jahresgehalt 50.000 - 60.000 EUR brutto

  • 1?%?Regelung (mit Privatnutzung)
  • Urlaub: 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr

  • Deine Aufgaben als Elektromeister (m/w/d):
  • In dieser Position übernimmst du sowohl fachliche als auch organisatorische Verantwortung und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Betriebs mit.
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Führung und Entwicklung des Teams.
  • Baustellenorganisation: Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Baustellen.
  • Angebote & Kalkulation: Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Kosten? und Projektkalkulationen.
  • KNX?Systeme: Planung und Programmierung von KNX?Anlagen.
  • Projektsteuerung: Überwachung der Projektabläufe, Termine und Qualität.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Elektromeister (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Organisation von Baustellen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der KNX?Planung und ?Programmierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
