Zur Verstärkung für unsere Instandhaltung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen

Elektromeister/ -techniker(m/w/d)

mit Führungsverantwortung

Das sind im Wesentlichen Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Personalführung im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie Unterstützung in der betrieblichen Ausbildung
  • Koordination von Wartung, Reparatur und elektr. Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Schnittstelle zur Produktion und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Störungsbehebung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Bereich Elektrotechnik

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Meister / Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung
  • verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz
