Meine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Elektromontage- und Servicearbeiten auf Baustellen im Großraum Berlin
  • Führung und Motivation des Montageteams – Arbeitszuweisung, Entwicklung und Förderung von Talenten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, termingerechtem Projektfortschritt und höchsten Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
  • Proaktive Lösung von Herausforderungen, ständige Prozessoptimierung und Einsatz innovativer Arbeitsmittel
  • Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung sowie Teilnahme an wichtigen Projektbesprechungen

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Elektroniker*in für Betriebstechnik, Elektroanlagenmonteur*in, Elektroniker*in Geräte und Systeme, o. ä.)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Montage und Projektleitung wünschenswert
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsvermögen und strukturiertes Organisationstalent
  • Selbstbewusstes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Montageeinsätze sowie Führerschein Klasse B
