### Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Sie beraten und betreuen Kunden technisch – telefonisch sowie über Online-Support
  • Sie führen elektrische Reparatur- und Servicearbeiten an komplexen Maschinen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort durch
  • Sie bearbeiten Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen lösungsorientiert
  • Sie übernehmen die technische Abwicklung des Ersatzteilgeschäfts sowie von Kulanz- und Gewährleistungsfällen

### Unser Mandant erwartet:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Instandsetzung elektrischer Anlagen (kein Muss, aber ein Plus)
  • Solide PC-Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10–20 %, überwiegend in Baden-Württemberg und Bayern
  • Kenntnisse in der Steuerungstechnik oder im Sondermaschinenbau sind von Vorteil
  • Grundlegende bis gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
