Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Fachkraft für den Aufbau, die Verdrahtung und die Prüfung unserer Schaltschränke und Prüfsysteme.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken nach Stromlaufplänen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Montage elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten auf Montageplatten und in Gehäusen
  • Anfertigung und Konfektionierung von Leitungen, Kabeln und Kabelbäumen
  • Installation von Klemmen, Schützen, Netzteilen, Sicherungen und weiteren Schaltschrankkomponenten
  • Durchführung von Sichtprüfungen, elektrischen Prüfungen und Funktionskontrollen
  • Fehlersuche sowie Beseitigung von Verdrahtungs- und Montagefehlern
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme kundenspezifischer Prüf- und Testsysteme
  • Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung von Materialien für Fertigungsaufträge
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung und Standardisierung unserer Fertigungsprozesse

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker, Industrieelektriker, Mechatroniker oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder in der elektrischen Fertigung ist wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Stromlaufplänen, technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit elektrischen Mess- und Prüfmitteln sind von Vorteil
