Wir suchen ab sofort bzw. zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Elektoniker/in m/w/d in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit als Hausmeister.

Aufgabenbereich (u.a.):

  • Kontrolle der Heizungsanlage im Haupt- und Nebenhaus,der Notbeleuchtung, der Brandmeldeanlage, der Elektroanlage, der Aufzuganlage
  • Reparatur bei Defekter diverser Elektrogeräten und -anlagen, Telefonanlage, Computeranlage, Pflegebetten, Heizungsanlage, Sanitäreinrichtungen
  • Reparatur von Defekten in den Patientenzimmern
  • Beseitigung von Verstopfungen der Waschbecken, der Duschen und der WC-Anlagen
  • Vorbereiten des Qigong-Saals für Schulungen und Seminare (Bestuhlung, Tische aufstellen, Projektor aufstellen)
  • Regelmäßige Krankentransporte in die nahe liegenden Krankenhäuser und Arztpraxen
  • Regelmäßige Maler- und Renovierungsarbeiten in den Patientenzimmern sowie Gebäudeaußenarbeiten
  • Bereitstellen der Müll- und Papiertonnen zur Entleerung für die Müllabfuhr
  • In den Wintermonaten: Schneeräumarbeiten im Parkplatzbereich und Fußgängerweg, Haupt- und Nebeneingang
