IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Durchführung und Instandhaltung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär sowie 400/230 V-Elektrotechnik
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der Gebäudeleittechnik sowie EDV-gestützter Systeme (z. B. EIB, LON, GLT)
  • Mitwirkung bei Programmierungen und Störungsbehebungen im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation
  • Teilnahme am 24h-Störungsdienst (nach erfolgter Einschulung), inklusive Personenbefreiungen aus Aufzugsanlagen in öffentlichen Gebäuden

IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (z. B. Elektroinstallation, Betriebselektrik o. Ä.)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder Haustechnik sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Grundkenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik; sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst; Ausbildung als Sprinkler- oder Aufzugswart bzw. Brandschutzbeauftragter von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eine verlässliche, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

WIR BIETEN:

Das Bruttogehalt liegt für Vollzeit bei EUR 3.527,32 mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung.
