Bei uns erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag mit immer neuen Herausforderungen rund um Wechselrichter, Speicher, Wallboxen und allem, was zu einer PV-Anlage dazugehört. Natürlich darfst du dich auch austoben in vielen anderen Bereichen der Elektroinstallation. Langweilig wird es selten – dafür gibt es viele unterschiedliche Aufgaben, bei denen selbstständiges Mitdenken ausdrücklich erwünscht ist.

Was uns besonders wichtig ist:

Ein wirklich gutes Miteinander. Wir unterstützen uns gegenseitig, sprechen offen miteinander und behalten auch an stressigen Tagen unseren Humor. Erfahrung im Anschluss von PV-Anlagen ist natürlich von Vorteil – aber kein Muss. Auch Berufsanfänger sind bei uns willkommen, wenn Interesse, Motivation und Lernbereitschaft mitgebracht werden.
