Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Wartung und Vorbereitung von Full Flight Simulatoren
  • Schnelle Diagnose und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen (Hardware und Software)
  • Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance der Simulatoren
  • Arbeit an komplexen integrierten Systemen (Elektronik, Mechanik, Steuerung, Software)
  • Im Alltag bedeutet das konkret: Technische Unterstützung während laufender Trainings (Airline Crews vor Ort), Durchführung geplanter Wartung und systematischer Fehlerbehebung inkl. Testflüge (ca. 4h Maintenance-Fokus), Mitarbeit beim Aufbau strukturierter Wartungs- und Troubleshooting-Prozesse
  • Enge Abstimmung im internationalen technischen Team

Profil

  • Background in Elektronik, Mechatronik, Avionik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen technischen Gesamtsystemen
  • Nachweisbare Stärke im Troubleshooting (Hardware und Software)
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell zu verstehen und strukturiert zu lösen
  • hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Bereitschaft für 3-Schichtbetrieb (24/7)
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Stark von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Flight Simulatoren (CAE, Airbus, Boeing etc.), Kenntnisse in Motion-, Servo- oder Real-Time-Systemen, Background in Aviation, Automation oder High-Reliability-Umgebungen, Verständnis für Aircraft-Systeme
