### Für einen Kunden (Luftfahrt) suchen wir Personal, vorerst über Zeitarbeit aber langfristig und mit Übernahmeoption. Zwei Schichten (Früh + Spät).

Eine Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung ist zwingend erforderlich, wenn noch nicht vorhanden, kümmern wir uns gerne darum.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung von elektronischen Baugruppen auf unseren Bestückungsanlagen
  • Einrichtung, Bedienung und Wartung sowie Instandhaltung unserer SMT-Produktionslinie, wie Rakelautomat, SMD-Bestückautomat, Dampfphasenlötanlage, AOI
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Bestückungs- und Prüfprogrammen (z.B. AOI-Prüfung)
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung des SMT-Produktionsprozesses
  • Behebung von Störungen
  • Rüsten von elektronischen Bauteilen
  • Beurteilung der Qualität von Lötergebnissen
  • Wünschenswert: SMT-Bereich manuelle Nacharbeit (Löten unter dem Mikroskop)

Anforderungen:

eine Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
