### Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Montageaufträgen inklusive Prüfung der Unterlagen und Bereitstellung der benötigten Materialien
  • Vormontage und fachgerechte Verdrahtung von Elektroeinschüben und Geräten nach Schaltplan
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Montage von Prototypen
  • Konfiguration und Selektion von Platinen und elektronischen Bauteilen durch Lötbrücken bzw. Jumper sowie Aufspielen von Software
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen sowie HV- und PE-Prüfungen
  • Dokumentation und Protokollierung von Prüf- und Einstelldaten
  • Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung während der Prüfläufe durch Nachjustierung oder Austausch von Bauteilen
  • Erkennen und Melden von Mängeln an Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Montageunterlagen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Nacharbeiten und Korrekturen, z. B. Austausch fehlender oder zu kurzer Kabel und Nachjustierung von Bauteilen

### Ihr Profil / Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Mechatronik
  • Erfahrung in der elektrischen Montage und Verdrahtung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Schaltplänen und technischen Unterlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche und Prüfung elektrischer Komponenten wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue technische Produkte und Systeme einzuarbeiten
