DAS SIND WIR: Ein französischer Hersteller für Lade- und Schweißtechnik mit 60 Jahren Markterfahrung. Wir sind international aufgestellt und beschäftigen mehr als 900 Mitarbeitende, davon allein mehr als 90 in Forschung und Entwicklung. Unser Partner ist der technische Fachhandel, der unsere Geräte, Maschinen und Ausrüstungen an metallverarbeitende Betriebe, Handwerker\*innen und Kfz-Werkstätten vertreibt. Seit 2006 sind wir als die deutsche Vertriebs-, Service- und Logistik-Tochter in Aachen ansässig.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse elektrischer, elektronischer und mechanischer Systeme, sowie selbstständige Fehlersuche, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung an unseren Produkten
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen an elektronischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Geräten
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten
  • Telefonische Kundenberatung zu technischen Fragen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder Vergleichbares
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Korrektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du begeisterst Dich für technische Produkte, insbesondere Schweiß- und Ladetechnik
  • Du bist ein engagierter und zuverlässiger Teamplayer
