Für unseren Kunden in Lübeck suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung einen Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme oder Mitarbeiter für die technische Montage (m/w/d).

Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung, arbeiten sorgfältig und möchten an der Herstellung optoelektronischer Geräte mitwirken? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Montage optoelektronischer Geräte und Baugruppen nach Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Feinjustage und elektrischer Abgleich der Produkte
  • Funktionsprüfung mithilfe automatisierter Prüfprogramme, die Sie Schritt für Schritt durch den Ablauf führen
  • Erkennen und Aussortieren fehlerhafter Komponenten
  • Einfache Fehlerbehebung im Montageprozess
  • Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung von Produktionsabläufen und Produktqualität
  • Arbeiten nach den Prinzipien von 5S und Lean Manufacturing

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Montage und Justage feinmechanischer oder optoelektronischer Systeme
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an präziser Arbeit
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
