## Technisches Betriebsamt (tba), Abteilung Gebäudeautomation

### Aufgaben

  • Störungsbeseitigung, Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung der MSR-Komponenten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Analysieren der Funktionszusammenhänge von Sensoren, Aktoren und Leiteinrichtungen innerhalb der elektronischen Steuerung
  • Konfigurieren von Bussystemen und Gerätekomponenten der Gebäudeautomation
  • Optimierung und Energieeinsparungen der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik durch Anpassung der Steuerprogramme sowie Definieren von Parametern

Die Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst wird vorausgesetzt.

### Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker/-in, Fachrichtung Automatisierungstechnik / Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis wird vorausgesetzt
  • Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
