## Ihre Herausforderung

  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich in den Leistungsphasen der HOAI.
  • Sie unterstützen die Projektleitung bei den Planungs- und Überwachungsaufgaben für Projekte unterschiedlicher Art, z.B. Verwaltungsgebäude, Bildungs- und Forschungseinrichtungen, Museen, Veranstaltungsgebäude usw.
  • Sie übernehmen die Planung und Projektierung sowie Ausschreibung von:
  • Elektrischen Anlagen
  • Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnischen Anlagen.
  • Sie arbeiten im Team mit modernsten Softwaretools für Building Information Modeling.
  • Bei Interesse übernehmen Sie die Planung von Förderanlagen.

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder allg. Ingenieurswesen.
  • Sie konnten idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Planung, Ausschreibung sowie Bauüberwachung mittlerer und größerer Bauvorhaben sammeln.
  • Mit den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken und den Vorschriften des Bauvertragsrechts sowie VOB, HOAI usw. kennen Sie sich aus.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse und eine selbstständige, strukturierte, lösungs- sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
