  • Technische Leitung und Organisation von Projekten im Bereich Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der Monteure
  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Ausführung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Terminen
  • Fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse der VDE-Vorschriften, DIN-Normen, der anerkannten Regeln der Technik sowie der Unfallverhütungsvorschriften (DGUV)
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Projektleitung und andere Gewerke
  • Stellvertretende Betriebsleitung bei Urlaub/Krankheit
  • Verhandlungen mit Zulieferern

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister Elektrotechnik Fachrichtung Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Teamfähige, selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Umsetzung und Abwicklung von Elektroprojekten im Handwerk
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Baustellenabwicklung, Materialdisposition, Aufmaß und technischer Dokumentation
  • Nachweisbare Praxis in der Mitarbeiterführung, Anleitung von Fachkräften sowie Ausbildung von Lehrlingen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent zur kompetenten Vertretung der Betriebsleitung in Abwesenheit
  • Souveränes, kundenorientiertes und verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und dem eigenen Team
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B oder BE
