Wir sind Mehr als Eins , ein deutschlandweit agierender Assistenzdienst für Menschen mit komplexer Lebensgeschichte.

Ich bin eine alleinerziehende Mutter mit 2 Kindern (eines im Autismus Spektrum). Ich suche aufgrund einer Traumafolgestörung eine Assistenz in Teilzeit mit 22 Stunden pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung/Versorgung der Kinder und Weiterführung des Haushalts wenn ich bei Therapien bin oder krankheitsbedingt eine Pause machen muss
  • Stabilisierung im Alltag
  • Begleitung zu Terminen
  • Urlaubsbegleitung

Was du mitbringst

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung
  • Ein Abschluss im psychosozialen Bereich ist hilfreich aber nicht notwendig
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen (zwingend notwendig, da die Kinder dann komplett zu Hause sind)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schulung bei Traumafolgestörungen und Supervision

Wir bieten

  • Stundenlohn 18,02€
  • Unbefristetes Beschäftigungsverhältnis
  • Teilzeit mit bis zu 30 Stunden pro Woche
